The amount of research now available regarding the impact of the physical classroom environment on teaching and learning is enormous. We have provided links to some of the key studies, articles, and researchers that have played a key role in increasing our awareness of the impact of design on the educational environment. We hope that none of our collaborators will be offended by their lack of inclusion herein, as the list in not intended to be all-inclusive and could probably never be so.
